New Issue of China Briefing: The Asia Trade, Labor and Tax Comparator
Nov. 30 – In the December issue of China Briefing Magazine we provide our second annual examination of the conditions of business across Asia.
In our first Asia Comparator, published last November, we examined the cost of labor and associated expenses such as food, cars, real estate and other consumables, across the region. In this issue, we will examine the increasing trade links between Asian nations, their FDI make up, GDP, per capita GDP, growth, and corporate and individual income tax regimes.
We also look at each nation’s major trading partners, their most important industries, and average income levels.
In doing so, we hope to provide a snap shot of which countries are competitive, which offer new markets to businesses already in Asia, and which offer potential to the foreign investor interested in the emerging Asian tigers.
In this issue
Population, GDP, Per Capita Income and FDI Statistics
Corporate Tax Rates including VAT and Dividends Tax
Individual Income Tax Rates
Minimum Salary Levels
Major Industries and Trade Statistics
