January/February China Briefing now available online

The January/February issue of China Briefing is now available online. The new issue includes a good look at some annual house-keeping that needs to be carried out at this time of year – the renewal of corporate business licenses, the annual statutory audit, and individual income tax filings. Foreign Individuals and invested companies have until the end of March to complete and file all their returns, so this is an important subject and one that requires attention to detail – fines and penalties can be (and increasingly are) levied if these are not conducted properly or on time.
